Very good service; helpful attentive and safe driving. Our driver on arrival had to wait 45 minutes because British Airways had somehow managed to lose my luggage between London and Prague(!) but he did not complain at all. I would recommend the service without hesitation.

Excellent service. Very easy to book. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, and was extremely friendly and courteous. He gave us some great local information. On returning to the airport, our driver was early in picking us up, which was great! He also was really friendly. Overall, an excellent experience. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic prompt service. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals and took us to our hotel pointing out landmarks on the way and trying to advise us where to go on our short stay. We booked a return journey, same for the driver that took us back to the airport, prompt and polite. I shopped around and found these to be the best price. Highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with the service, very nice and pleasant driver when picked up from airport and taken to hotel, very helpful and good knowledge of the city, advised where to go and what to do. On the way back from hotel to airport, again pleasant enough driver, did not need to talk to us that much. Service was on time.

We were met the airport by a courteous driver who drove us to the hotel. He answered our questions as regards what to see and where to eat. As we entered the centre of Prague he pointed out landmarks and places he recommended. On the journey back to the airport unfortunately we lost an earring. This was not noticed for some hours. We asked the driver by phone in our home country to check the passenger seat and the earring was found. The earring was posted to us !!
