Very pleasant and friendly gentleman picked us up from the airport and highlighted key sights, which was very kind. He made adjustments to the pick-up time with ease, as I made a major mistake with flight times when I booked by email and he sorted these out. He gave us a map of the city and vouchers, which we used that evening on a boat trip, which was lovely. He then picked us up from the reception and took us to the airport. Overall I would certainly use this service again 100%

I booked our transfer online as we didnt want the hassle of trying to get from the airport to our hotel with this being our first visit to prague.i thought the price was fairly reasonable given that there were 3 of us. the driver was waiting in full view upon our arrival. the journey didnt take long and the driver was courteous at all times and gave us some interesting facts about the area. the return joury was just as good- minus the commentary though- with the driver arriving in plenty of time for our afternoon pick-up. i will definately use again. visited prague 0ct 2011
