Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.

Is my transport Shared?
Absolutely not, the transport is private and we do not take any other people in the car with you. The car is exclusively yours.

How far is it from the airport to the center?
It is about 16km (10miles) and average journey time is 25-40 minutes.

Do you offer maps of Prague or tours included in the price?
We offer a free map to every order. The driver will give you the map on your arrival.

Why do you need a mobile phone number?
We need your mobile phone number incase the driver needs to contact you due to a traffic delay or if you are held up in passport control or baggage collection the driver will try to contact you, so please do switch on your mobile when you have left the aircraft and entered the airport.

I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Sometimes there can be a problem with e-mail especially spam filters. Please check your spam folders as it seems to solve most problems. If you still can not find the confirmation please contact us by e-mail or text and we will resend the confirmation email and send you a text message confirmation.

How do i cancel or change my reservation?
If it is prior to 24 hours before your arrival then please send us an email with any changes or notify us of a cancellation. If it is 24 hours or any time (preferably up to 2 hours) before your arrivals then please send us a a text message (the number will have been sent to you in your confirmation). The text does not have to be anything complicated just the reservation number=CANCEL.

You can also call us from the hotel reception, please do this yourself and don't depend on the hotel receptionists to do it. They seldom do.

How do I find my transport when I arrive at Prague Airport?
When you have collected you baggage you will come through to the arrivals lounge and you will see a driver waiting for you with you name written on a sign.

What happens if I can't find the driver?
We recommend you switch on your mobile as soon as you have entered the airport, if the driver has been delayed he has your mobile number and will have sent you a text message. If you have no received any message then you can text or call our office +420 725 049 100.

What happens if I am delayed?
Our drives will normally arrive at the airport about the same time your flight is scheduled to land (you will have provided us with this information in advance) and will wait until you come thought into the arrivals lounge if they see your flight has been delayed this will wait for you for up to one hour. If we see that your flight has been delayed we will come back for you at a later time In any case we will inform you about the status of the transport via text message to your mobile.

When will you collect me from the hotel departure day?
Normally check in opens 2 hours before departure, we recommend collecting you 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight is scheduled to depart, we will send you the recommended time in your confirmation, however, you can decide the time yourself and inform the driver.

Can I pay by credit card upon arrival?
Unfortunately our drivers can not accept payment by credit cards.

What currency can I pay in?
You may pay in Czech Crowns (CZK), British Pounds (GBP) or Euros (EUR), but we prefer Czech Crowns.

When do I pay?
If you have book a single journey for example from Prague Airport to your hotel then please pay when you have arrived at the hotel, if have book a return journey, please pay half the total upon arrival to your Hotel and another half at the airport when we drop you off.

Should I tip the driver?
If you are happy with the service it is customary to tip about 10%, but it is up to you if you wish to do so.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes, if you want a physical receipt, we can send you a full company receipt by email after your journey is complete.
